John and Neal made the buying process simple. I talked to John on the phone a couple times and he sent a video of the bike. I drove from SC to Winston Salem to pick up the bike and it was just as described. A quick test ride and paperwork and I was out in less than an hour. They are the last of the old school handshake dealers and dont add a bunch of charges and fees. It was the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever made. As the Terminator would say, Ill be back!

Back in January, I purchased a 21 Harley Tri Glide Ultra with only 71 miles on it from Neal Ketner Motors. The entire purchase experience was lacking nothing. Since I didnt have a N.C. motorcycle license at that time (moved to N.C. last year), they delivered it to my garage in the Lexington area! John and Neal were both phenomenal! I give them my kudos for this experience; however, what followed was even more amazing! While waiting for my DMV appointment to get my Motorcycle Learners Permit, I put about 45 miles on the trike on the roads in my local area. On my last two rides (which were abbreviated), the clutch started slipping badly. It worked fine just days previously. Internet searching revealed a clutch cable adjuster problem in even very low-milage bikes. Mine now had 110 miles. I called John about this; he talked to Neal. They quickly informed me that they would come out and pick the bike up and have it fixed. They did exactly such! They hauled it to a local Harley shop (Smokin Harley) who claimed the clutch was fried. If anything was friedI was! I have thousands of miles on multiple bikes that I have owned! Even when Neal and John picked it up, the clutch operation was erratic; at times, it seemed fine. Neal had his shop replace and adjust the clutch and replace the problematic plastic clutch cable adjustor. They also hauled the bike back to my house again. I now have about another 100 miles on it, and it is sweet! I highly recommend Neal Ketner Motors.

I found the Model and year I was looking for, '16 Night Rod Special, on the Website. Made the call and spoke to Neal about the bike and my trade. He called me back a short time later with some numbers that sounded good. I confirmed the deal over the phone. The bike was delivered 250 miles to my home and the trade was picked up. The Night Rod was as described with 8 miles on it and as new. Oh yeah, I was concerned about the age of the battery in a bike that had no use, his guys tossed a new battery in before delivery. The transaction could not have been any easier, it was quick,on time with no hassles. It's rare to do business with a handshake over the phone and have a smooth exchange.
